Shopping is taking forever

I ordered a shirt weeks ago and I still have not received it. I got an email to review the shirt today… hard to give a review on something I haven’t received. I’m disappointed

Your shirt left our warehouse July 1st. With holiday it's been sitting. You got an email July 1st for you to follow tracking. Once it's in USPS hands it's out of our control.

Not true to size

I was super excited to receive this shirt, I had plans to wear it to a concert. The shirt was tight for the size I ordered and was extremely long. The shirt was a little expensive, but I thought it may be high quality. I do plan to keep it in hopes of losing some weight before the concert.
